About Triaxis

Practical manufacturing consultancy built on shop-floor experience

Triaxis helps machine shops and engineering companies improve CNC processes, reduce waste, and build stronger teams without losing sight of the realities on the factory floor.

Led by Lee Sanders

Lee Sanders has spent more than three decades in manufacturing, from programming CNC and wire EDM machines to leading technical consulting teams at Autodesk and Delcam.

He has been named on five patents and has worked close to the problems that matter to machine shops: repeatability, setup time, skills, process discipline, and making investment decisions that actually improve output.

Triaxis exists for manufacturers who want practical support from someone who understands both the machine and the business pressures around it.

What Triaxis stands for

  • Measured improvement: changes should make work easier to run, not just better on paper.
  • Team capability: programmers, setters, operators, and managers need to understand the change.
  • Local commitment: support for Tamworth, Midlands, and UK manufacturers who need practical help.

Support for machine shops that need clarity

Whether the problem is a process bottleneck, a new machine investment, inconsistent setup times, or a team that needs training, Triaxis starts by understanding how work really moves through the shop.
